1. Service Description:

SahlDesk is an AI-powered ticketing and customer support system designed exclusively for WooCommerce stores. The system analyzes store data to automatically reply to customer inquiries and seamlessly converts complex conversations into manageable support tickets.

2. AI Usage & Disclaimer:

• We continuously strive to provide highly accurate answers to your customers based on the data synced from your store. However, AI technologies may occasionally misinterpret context, hallucinate, or generate inaccurate responses.
• SahlDesk shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect commercial damages, loss of revenue, or customer dissatisfaction resulting from inaccurate AI responses. It is the merchant's absolute responsibility to monitor the AI's performance, refine store policies, and ensure data accuracy.

3. API Usage & Limitations:

• Our service operates on a subscription model based on a credit/token system for each generated response.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the AI automated service if your plan's quota is fully exhausted. The merchant can easily top-up their balance to resume operations.
• Using the SahlDesk API for illegal purposes, spam, or transmitting malicious data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Payments and Subscriptions:

All payments, renewals, and subscription management are handled securely through our official reseller, Freemius. Any refund requests or subscription cancellations are strictly subject to the Freemius refund policy provided at the time of checkout.

5. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes to our policies via email or dashboard notifications.
